Breast Augmentation Case #19

This 24 year old single woman was working in sales in the downtown Houston area when she sought my advice about whether a Houston breast augmentation would give her the shape she wanted. Although she hadn't yet had children, this woman was concerned that her breasts had always been too small for her 6'0,' athletic frame. She desired a definite enhancement, but at the same time felt it was important that her breasts maintained a natural look and feel, without the appearance of being "done," as she did not want her procedure to be obvious to her coworkers and clients.

Her goals were reasonable and healthy, and as with all of my patients I explained that I aim to create the most satisfying, natural-looking results possible. This woman's height would have allowed her to look natural even with much larger implants, but after discussing her personal appearance goals, we both agreed that smaller implants would offer the most benefit for her objectives. To create a natural look and feel, I used smooth, round, moderate-plus profile saline implants that I filled to 375 cc on each side.

I was able to transform this woman's breast size from a 36 A cup to a 36 medium C cup that brought proportion and balance to her body. This Houston plastic surgery patient is very pleased that her breasts are now fuller, and beautifully complement her figure. She is very satisfied with her new curves and loves being able to feel confident with her shape even in revealing clothing.
