Breast Augmentation Case #124

This 29-year-old mother of 3 from Conroe wanted to restore the appearance of her breasts, which had lost volume and sagged after pregnancy and breastfeeding.  She came to see Dr. Camille Cash for breast augmentation in Houston, TX. Having been a size D in high school, she desired to once again have the volume and upper pole fullness to her breasts which used to make her feel confident and womanly. As seen in this patient's pre-op photo, her breasts had decreased to a size 34 B/C and her right breast was slightly smaller than the left. 

To create the beautiful results seen here in her 3-week post-op photos, Dr. Cash placed Sientra round textured high projection implants.  A 565 cc implant was used on her right breast and 505 cc implant was used to fill out and balance her left breast.
