Breast Augmentation Case #123

This 58 year old mother of 2 desired breast augmentation with silicone gel implants.  She had some slight breast asymmetry of the left breast and slightly larger in the right breast and a bit more laterally displaced on her chest wall.  Natrelle 410 shaped implants were used to achieve the results seen here.  Smooth, round silicone implants were used.  Because of her pre-surgical asymmetry, a 375cc implant was used on her right and a 350cc implant was used on her left.  At 5’8 and 134 pounds, her new breasts complement her figure beautifully.
