Dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts, this 32 year old patient desired to go from a AA to a modest full B-cup.  Having temporarily achieved this size during periods of swelling while pregnant and breast feeding, she expressed that she was extremely happy with that size.  However, her breasts had since reduced to their pre-pregnancy AA size and she had developed "involutional ptosis" or “droopiness” that is common following a rapid increase and subsequent decrease in breast volume.  Round, textured 350cc implants were used to achiever her desired breast size and shape.
