Tummy Tuck Case #71

This 37 year old mother of 3 came in for an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) consultation.  As we went over the many options available in creating her customized surgical plan, she reviewed the additional before and after pictures of my patients to get a better idea of the incredible results that my patients have obtained by combining liposuction with their tummy tuck which results in a smoothed, feminine, and contoured look.  She decided to add liposuction to her treatment plan and as you can see from her before and after photos, she had beautiful results that went beyond flattening her midsection but also contoured her waistline by way of liposuction of her flanks.   I also performed liposuction on her mons pubis, the rounded mass of fatty tissue lying over the joint of the pubic bones, which is typically more prominent in women and is also called the mons veneris.  After her procedure, she reported increased comfort and confidence in pants, skirts, and gym attire.
