Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 617

This 55 year-ol mother of 3 from Houston, TX is seen here before and after a tummy tuck with lipo 270 with fat transfers to buttocks and hip dips.  

To acheive these results, I used liposuction to sculpt her upper and lower abdomen, as well as her flanks, and then redistributed this volume to add feminine curves to her 5'2, 145lb figure, and completed her transformation with a tummy tuck to remove loose excess skin.  

A total of 2400 mL of lipoaspirate was removed. 400mls of viable fat were injected into the superficial aspect of the lateral hip dips and the buttocks using the MicroAire cannula. 1274 grams of excess skin and tissue were removed via abdominoplasty.
