This patient underwent a laparoscopic bypass 2 years prior to her consultation with me. .She originally weighed 275lbs and weighed 165lbs at the time of her panniculectomy.  Bothered by the loose excess skin that remained, she came to see me to put the finishing touches on her new slimmer figure.  A total of 2025 grams (approx 4.5 lbs) of excess skin were removed from her lower abdomen and mons pubis.  Her long lasting beautiful results are seen here in hr 4-year follow up visit.
