Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 487
Before & After
Case Details
Before and 4 months after 360 liposuction with JPlasma/Renuvion plus tummy tuck without muscle plication. The addition of a small vertical incison (sometimes called an “Inverted T” tummy tuck) is the result of closing the incisions that were made when repositioning her navel. This technique is used for patients without enough laxity of the upper abdomen to make it down to the horizontal incision which I always keep as low as possible so as to be hidden below underwear and swimwear. The alternative would have been using a horizontal incision as high as the top of the vertical incision which would have been far more conspicuous. Some of the positive tradeoffs with a small vertical incision include aiding in the creation of a more "cinched" waist.
