This is a 38 year old patient who presented with laxity of the abdominal wall and muscles and excess skin. During surgery I performed a rectus diastasis repair and excised her very low-lying C-section scar while removing a total of 541 grams (approx 1.2 lbs) of excess skin and tissue. She is seen here before and 7 months after surgery.
