Tummy Tuck Case #243

This patient first came to my Houston office at age 50 to lose weight with our physician-monitored hCG program. 

She successfully lost 32 pounds in 40 days and began exercising regularly for the first time in years.  After losing an additional 15 pounds and maintaining her goal weight, she came to see me at age 53 to discuss options to help her, as she put it, “look as great as I feel”.

She is seen here 9 months after her surgery which included a tummy tuck, liposuction of her upper abdomen and flanks, and a breast reduction.

259g of excess skin and tissue were removed from her right breast and 223g were removed from the left resulting in a more symmetrical and youthful looking bust-line.
