Tummy Tuck Case #179

This is 41 year old woman who has a long history of anemia, uterine fibroids, heavy menstrual bleeding, and endometriosis.  I performed a tummy tuck along side this patient's OB/GYN surgeon who performed a full hysterectomy.  By combining these procedures into a single operation, she had the benefit of being under anesthesisa just once and was able to have a single recovery period.  Her results are seen in this after photo, taken at her 9 month follow up visit.
