Tummy Tuck Case #133

This 41 year old mother of 4 came in for a consultation to discuss the options available to improve the appearance of her midsection.  In addition to having difficulty achieving the flat, tones, abs she craved with diet and excercise alone, she was also seeking out options that would help minimize the appearance of her stretchmarks which had developed over the course of her pregnancies.

To achieve the results seen here in this patients photos, taken 3 months after surgery, I combined her tummy tuck with liposuction of her back, “love-handles”, and upper abdomen.  A total of 6,000ccs of fat and aspirate were removed before continuing on to perform her tummy tuck. I removed 2136 grams (4.7 pounds) of tissue which not only flattened her abs but also significantly reduced the severity of her stretchmarks.
