Tummy Tuck Case #122

This 31 year old patient came in for a consultation to discuss her options for improving the appearance of her stomach.  At 5'8 she was 180 pounds before her surgery we went through my gallery of before and after photos and saw the results she desired on my patients who combined liposuction with abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) surgery.  With her husband away on military duty, she decided to hold off on surgery until he was able to be home to help take care of her for the first few days after surgery.  While she claimed it was hard to wait, she was able to shed some additional pounds before her surgery with our hCG diet which contributed to the beautiful results seen below.

4.72 pounds of excess skin were removed during surgery which resulted in significantly less stretchmarks and a flatter appearance to her midsection.  With liposuction, an additional 1500 ccs of fat were remove from her left flank and 1000ccs were obtained from her right side.  She is seen here 1 year after her surgery.
