This mom traveled to see me at my Houston practice to discuss post-weight loss breast and body contouring procedures. She had successfully lost over 130 pounds and was able to maintain her goal weight through healthy lifestyle choices but was bothered by redundant loose skin on her abdomen, buttocks, and breasts.

She is seen in these photos before and after a circumferential abdominoplasty with gluteal autoaugmentation and breast lift with implants. Durasorb Mesh was used to act as an "internal bra" reinforcing her skin tissue to support the weight and position of her implants.

70gs of excess skin were removed from the right breast and 73gs from the left.

803g (approx 1.8lbs) of excess skin and tissue were removed from the anterior abdomen,  546g (approx 1.2 lbs) were removed from the posterior trunk, and 62gs from the central abdomen (approx .15 lbs).
