This 32 year old patient from Houston was dissatisfied with the appearance of her stomach and breasts.  She had lost 100 pounds with bariatric surgery and as seen in her before photos, her breasts had significantly drooped and her left breast was noticeably larger than the right. The excess skin that hung from her midsection was standing between her and looking as good as she felt.  I performed a breast lift and tummy tuck together, allowing her to have the benefit of being under anesthesia and in the hospital just once and afforded her to take time off for one single recuperative period.  85 grams of tissue were removed from her left breast to create symmetry and both breast were elevated and lifted to a more youthful and desirable position. 1617g of tissue were removed from abdomen during her tummy tuck
