At the time of her consult this 5’2 patient weighed 137lbs and was a 34 C-DD, depending upon the brand and said her goal was to fill out skin envelope and be one cup size larger.  She was also interested in liposuction of the abdomen.

After a detailed examination and discussion, it became apparent that an abdominoplasty (commonly known as a tummy tuck), along with a mastopexy (breast lift) with implants, would best serve her needs due to extreme skin laxity. I explained that this procedure is typically recommended for those not planning to have more children, as future pregnancies could affect the results. Given her indication that she was not planning to have any more children, we proceeded with this pathway.

During the procedure, several areas were targeted. A superior pedicle mastopexy helped to reposition the nipple-areolar complex, and I removed excess skin from her lower abdomen. Her axilla (armpit) area underwent liposuction, and we used Natrelle Inspira soft-touch, 365-cc full profile implants for the augmentation. To address laxity and slight diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles), her abdominal wall was surgically tightened. The resultant effect was a much-improved aesthetic and a happier, more confident patient.
