This mom of 4 from Friendswood, TX came to see me to restore her figure which had undergone significant changes throughout the years. After completing her family, which included a set of twins, and lap-band surgery, she was left with a significant amount of loose skin.  She had undergone a previous breast augmentation with saline implants approximately 20 years prior to seeing me for a consultation and desired to have them explanted, along with a breast lift and a tummy tuck.

To achieve the results seen here, I removed her 275cc implants, as well as the capsule surrounding them.  20 grams of skin and tissue were removed from the right breast and 30grams from the left during her breast lift. To complete her transformation, I performed VASER liposuction on the central abdomen and removed 577 grams (approx 1.3 lbs) of excess skin from her lower abdomen with an incision easily hidden below her pantyline
