Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 660

This mom of 3 came to see me at my Houston office to discuss options for restoring her figure following pregnancies and weight fluctuations.  

I removed 900ccs of volume from each arm (1800ccs in total) via liposuction and used BodyTite to tighten the skin in this area.  360 liposuction was also performed on her midsection, removing 1100 cc of volume from her left upper back, 800 ccs from her left flank and lower back, 1300 ccs from her right upper back, and 600 ccs of volume were removed from her right flank and lower back. 

Like many moms, this patient has slight abdominal wall separation so I plicated her muscles to help "cinch" her waist. 1612 grams (approx 3.6 lbs) of excess skin were removed via tummy tuck.

To address breast ptosis (sagging), I performed a superior pedicle mastopexy (breast lift) and used 375cc smooth round moderate profile implants to achieve her desired breast size and shape.
