This mom desired a Mommy Makeover to help restore her pre-pregnancy figure.  She is seen in these photos before and 12 weeks after a breast lift, tummy tuck, and liposuction of the flanks. This patient had undergone liposuction prior to seeing me and desired a tummy tuck to appropriately address the lax skin and tighten the muscles of the abdominal wall.  640grams (approx 1.4 lbs) of excess skin were removed from her lower abdomen, I performed a Ruth Graf mastopexy, sometimes referred to as an autoaugmentation to reposition her breast tissue to the upper portion of the breast to create a more youthful profile.
