Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 477

This mom from Katy, Texas desired a mommy makeover to restore the appearance of her abdomen and to achieve her goals for larger, more lifted breasts.  Smooth, Round, full projecting Natrelle Inspira Soft-touch implants were used, 415ccs on the right and 385ccs on the left to address pre-operative asymmetry.  41grams of tissue were removed from the left breast and 36 grams from the right.  Despite eating right and working out, she could not get rid of the "pregnancy pooch" that so many women experience following pregnancy.  To achieve the results seen here, 408 grams of skin and tissue were removed from the abdomen and muscles were plicated with a traditional tummy tuck.  She is seen in these photos before and 8 weeks after surgery (with tattoos and other identifying information digitally removed per patient request)
