Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 452

This 43-year-old mom from Nederland, TX, is seen here before and 1 year after a mommy makeover which included a tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast lift. I used a Ruth Graf technique to perform an autoaugmentation, reshaping and converting her own breast tissue into upper pole-fullness for a more youthful profile without implants. I performed liposuction on her upper back, bra line, anterior pectoralis area and posterior iliac crest and completed her transformation with rectus diastasis repair and excision of 525 grams (1.16 lbs) of excess skin from her abdomen (including complete removal of her tattoo!)
