Tummy Tuck, Breast Augmentation, and Liposuction Of Flanks

This patient sought a Mommy Makeover to improve the appearance of her abdomen following pregnancy, c-sections and a hysterectomy in addition to a breast augmentation to add fullness to her breasts.  We discussed a possible lift to address the more lax skin envelope of her right breast but wanted to avoid the incisions of a mastopexy. 375 cc implants were used.  I removed 900ccs of volume from this patient’s flanks and an additional 50ccs of volume were removed from her mons pubis via liposuction before completing her transformation with a Tummy Tuck.
