Breast Lift, Liposuction, and Tummy Tuck

This 38-year-old patient is seen here before and 6 months after Mommy Makeover surgery.  She desired a breast lift with no implant to restore a more feminine profile and to correct the mild asymmetry between her left and right breast.  Her midsection was transformed by removing 500ccs of volume from her right side and 350ccs from the left with liposuction of her flanks.  She had mild rectus diastasis which was repaired while performing her tummy tuck during which I removed 733 grams (approximately 1.6 pounds) of excess abdominal tissue.
