Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 343

This 45-year-old mom of 1 came to see me at my Houston office to discuss her options for Mommy Makeover surgery.  She is seen here before and 8 weeks after her surgery which included a breast reduction, excision of excess axillary (“arm pit”) breast tissue, a tummy tuck and liposuction of her flanks. 

The weight of the resected tissue from the abdomen including the mons pubis was 925 grams (approx 2 lbs). To achieve her desired cup size, and improve breast symmetry, 301 grams of tissue were removed from her right breast and 194 grams were removed from the left. A total of 500 mL of lipoaspirate was removed from the patient's right side and 500 mL of lipoaspirate was removed from the patient's left flank.
