Case 217

This is a 50 year old female patient who desired a Mommy Makeover to improve the appearance of her breasts and abdomen. Due to her active lifestyle, she desired a soft tisse only tummy tuck to remove excess skin from her torso, forgoing the additional muscle-tightening involved in a traditional Tummy tuck. 517 grams of excess skin were removed from the abdomen. Though she had ptosis (sagging) of her breasts, she did not want the incisions of a mastopexy so an augmentation alone was performed to address her goals and concerns.  The implants used were 485cc Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch implants, placed under the muscle.
