Mommy Makeover Case #148

After losing 50 pounds with diet and exercise, this 52 year old mother desired a mommy-makeover to achieve a more natural and beautiful appearance to her petite 4’11 frame.  During surgery, I removed 32g of excess skin and tissue from her right breast and 34 grams from her left.  I used a Ruth Graf Flap autoaugmentation technique to create upper-pole fullness without the use of an implant.  This involves repositioning her own natural breast tissue from the lower portion of her breast and securing it in place using a "flap" fashioned out of her pectoralis muscle.  

I then removed 458 grams of excess skin and tissue from her abdominal area to create beautiful flat abs.  Her dramatic yet ultra natural-looking results can be seen in these after photos, taken at her 3 month follow up visit at my office in the Upper Kirby area of Houston, TX.
