This 24 year old woman came in for a consultation following a 90 pound weight loss 2 years prior.  Despite a new fit and active lifestyle, the distorted appearance to her new healthier figure kept her from enjoying the benefits of what she had worked so hard for.  Her treatment plan comprised of a circumferential tummy tuck as well as a breast lift with implants.  With the removal of the excess skin around the mid-section, she not only noticed immediate improvements but reports she is now better able to perform exercise to maintain, tighten, and tone her abdomen.  The youthful volume and position of the breast, natural in women her age, was restored with a breast lift and Natrelle Gel 410 implants.  Scarring was kept minimal with the use of Embrace scar therapy.
