This 50 year had undergone gastric bypass surgery 3 years before setting up a consultation to meet with me at my Upper Kirby office.  As demonstrated in her before photos, she had excessive hanging skin following the significant amount of weight she had lost.  She was dissatisfied with the appearance of her stomach, arms, and breasts and together we discussed the results she could expect following abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), brachioplasty (arm lift), and mastopexy (breast lift).  We discussed the pros and cons of combining procedures in a single operation versus having the procedures performed at separate times.  She was an excellent candidate for a body-lift given that she was in great health and desired a single recuperation period.
