Body Lift Case #180

This is a 48-year-old female who had a gastric bypass and subsequently lost over 100 pounds. With such rapid weight loss, she quickly grew dissatisfied with the excess skin that distorted her newly trimmed figure. 

Her surgical plan included a breast lift to raise her breasts to a more youthful position.  Implants were also used to restore lost volume.  535cc Natrelle 410 shaped implants were used.  With larger implants, there is an increased risk of them "bottoming out", thus SERI was used to support the ideal position seen in her after photos.  I also removed excess skin along her lateral chest wall and completed her transformation with a fleur-de­ lis abdominoplasty.
