From the moment you walk through the door the professionalism starts. They make to feel like a part of their office family including the receptionist, the medical assistants, office manager and of course Dr. Cash. Everyone greeted me with smiling faces. My wait time has been minimal each time and the staff is very knowledgeable with every procedure allowing you to feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Cash is very friendly and very thorough. She takes her time to make sure as close to perfection is achieved. Will definitely continue to be a satisfied patients for years to come.

I had breast implants 10 years ago, the surgeon I worked with on the implants gave me implants that were too large for my small frame and I immediately regretted having the surgery. I put up with the implants for years even though I was self-conscious and could not wear certain clothing items due to the attention that the clothes attracted to my oversized breast. I had asked my surgeon for natural looking implants and he ignored my wishes. After 10 years I finally had the courage to go through surgery again and attempt to go for a natural look by having a breast lift and the implants removed. Before I found Dr. Cash, I looked up other doctors, I even have 3 other consultations with very highly rated doctors. One Doctor even insisted I had to have some type of implants placed back in my breast or I would be disappointed with the results and he didn’t want to do a breast lift. As soon I finished the consultation with Dr. Cash, I knew she was a doctor I could trust. Dr. Cash told me the results might not look good without smaller implants being placed back in my breast pockets but promised to re-evaluate my situation again during surgery after she removed the original implants. Thank God she did and that I chose her because she determined I had enough breast tissue to have full natural look without the use of implants. Dr. Cash is extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with and she was there for me all the way through my recovery.. I had to drive 3 hours every time I had an appointment (follow-ups) and it was worth it. I’m extremely pleased with the results.

I would highly recommend Dr. Cash; when I walk into an office, the appearance allows me to know that a doctor cares when everything's intact and makes their place inviting for their patience. Some of my family members used her, as well as myself prior to recently having explant, breast lift, and a tummy tuck. She was very attentive and focused on what I desire to have done. She was able to get me in a timely manner. My overall experience has been great. Her nurse Alana was so awesome and did very well addressing every question and concern, pre and post-op. The overnight care nurse Lessley Parra gave me was exceptional. I'm a few weeks post-surgery and loving the results so far. They continue to be here for me by answering any questions or concerns I need addressed. I'm so grateful that I chosen Dr.Cash, and will continue using her for any other procedures I have in the future.

I knew before going into surgery it would be a wonderful experience. Dr. Cash was so personable and tried her best to let me know that I was her main concern during my surgery time. I'm so grateful to have her as my doctor. Each visit from start to finish was kept at a professional level. Thank you so much, Dr. Cash for taking great care of me.

Dr. Cash changed my life. I am so happy and grateful to have found a Doctor who is extremely nice, thorough, honest, and knows how to relieve me from those nervous gitters, she definitely knows her stuff. And the office, EVERYONE is super nice super helpful very accommodating and knowledgeable. I have my 2nd surgery already scheduled. Their office have so many things to enhance your life and give you back the quality of life you've missed from having children to natural stages of life. When I go to the office, Dr. Cash and her office makes me feel like family; I need that. Special thanks to Alana and Karen for getting me right. See yall soon

I did tons of research after deciding to finally go through with getting a tummy tuck. I was scared to pick the wrong doctor after reading a lot of scary reviews and photos on many other surgeons. I found Dr. Cash as she was listed as one of Houston's top plastic surgeons. Her reviews were amazing, and her before & after result photos were what I was looking to obtain. Upon calling to schedule a consult, Karen was so friendly and informative. After consulting with Dr. Cash, I immediately knew I wanted her to be my surgeon! She knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel like I would be in great hands. After the surgery, Dr. Cash and her assistant Alana made sure to check in & made sure I was recovering well. Her staff made sure my follow up post op appts were scheduled. (Not to mention COVID restrictions were going on this whole time.) I never had any issues reaching them. They were always just a call way. Every follow up visit I met with Dr. Cash and Alana. I could not have chosen a better Team! I am so happy with my results! Thank you Dr. Cash!

Let me just start from the beginning. My first encounter with Dr. Cash was over 10 years ago. I went to her to get a breast lift and reduction. I was nervous because I was only 24 years old and wasn’t for sure what was going to come out of the consultation. But when she walked in the room her presence and smile just seemed to relax me. Dr. Cash is so professional and personable. She listened to everything I was telling her and all the problems I was dealing with concerning my breast. She talked to me about the procedure and recovery time. After the surgery she even checks on you and her staff is just as amazing. Fast forward to 2016 after having two kids I was ready for a mommy makeover and I knew she would be the one to do it. I couldn’t let anyone else do surgery on me but her because I remember how sincere she was and even my husband said if I get it done it had to be her because he trusted her and so did I. She is an amazing doctor and the best in Houston. Even when I had got other quotes from other doctors , I still went back to her. She is very attentive to your needs and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
