I chose Dr Cash for my BA surgery, and I can not overstate how pleased I am with the results, and with the entire process as well. Her staff is so welcoming and friendly. After my initial consultation I knew she was the doctor for me. She really listened when I described to her the look I wanted, and she gave it to me! My recovery was a breeze (I know this varies from person to person, this was just my personal experience). I could go on and on. I’d give her a million stars if possible!

I recently had a mommy makeover with Dr. Cash on November 15, 2018. From my consult to day of surgery, Dr. Cash and her staff was so professional and personable. They answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel so comfortable at each visit. My experience was extremely pleasant, and my results are amazing. I am 100% Satisfied.
There was no waiting upon my arrival. Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Cash previously had a nurse injector that couldn't help me attain the results I wanted. I saw Dr. Cash for my most recent visit and she was AMAZING. She listened and executed! I'd highly recommend her for filler.

December 17th 2018 I underwent a BBL and Lightbow suction with Dr. Constantino Mendietta in Miami Florida. I have been planning this since August and finally had my procedure, I am three days post op.Updated on 29 Dec 2018: Updated on 29 Dec 2018: I guess I didn’t do a really good job is giving all the details so here it goes. I made my appointment after sending in pictures back in August 2018. A week after paying my deposit I had a virtual FaceTime consultation with Dr. Mendietta where we went over everything that I wanted to have done. It was brief, but he was very nice and made me feel special and excited for my surgery. I went to Miami by myself for the surgery. I arranged a nurse transportation service before for the day of surgery. I stayed at the Four Seasons after originally booking the Arita Carlton in Coconut Grove-but I could never get s response back from them about several questions I had so I chose another hotel. My consult with Mendieta was long due to over booking, it was a small cramped room we took ‘before ‘ pictures in. I printed pictures ahead of time to show the doctor. He barely spent any time at ALL with me, which bothered me. He gave me some dialogue about how beautiful I was going to look because I “already had a great shape.” Then he left. The details I mentioned I wanted, I had to mention three times in order for him to acknowledge-even though we had gone over everything via FaceTime consultation. I know he’s busy so I can’t expect him to remember every single detail about every single patient. Even though I covered all areas in the FaceTime consult, he requested $3,500 more due to “extra areas,” and I wanted what I wanted so I agreed and paid. Whatever. I was there already and I wasn’t jut going to pay for s BBL alone, I wanted an etching and arms/legs. I did my labs 3 days before surgery at the testing center Dr Mendieta office recommended, and from there they sent me to a separate imaging center for the chest x Ray. Labs total cost was about $300. After doing a ton of research I decided to do an ultra dose vitamin C IV the day before surgery. From everything I had read a really speeds up the healing. I travel to an office that provided the service the night before surgery and it took about an hour. I had also taking lots of vitamin C pills as well. I did not take iron or a multivitamin or fish oil for two weeks before, even though they recommend that you should take iron I just didn’t. The morning of my surgery I was the first on the books. I got there around 5:30 and they took me in around 550. The Nurse rushed me back so quickly I didn’t even have time to text or make phone calls to let my family or my fiancé know I was going in. I brought a backpack and put all of my clothes in it, she had me change into disposable booties and a gallon and a hairnet. She gave me a pill to dissolve under my tongue. The anesthesiologist went over everything with me extremely quickly LOL Dr. Mendietta came in to mark me. Everything felt extremely rushed which made me feel stressed. He had forgotten the areas that we were going to do, I thought about this ahead of time… A lot of these doctors in Miami seem to be like popular celebrity doctors. It’s like they see so many hundreds of patients that they can never remember single detail about each individual. For this reason I thought ahead and printed out additional pictures along with some typed notes for him to read. I know this seems ridiculous but if you are paying the amount that you are paying for a cosmetic surgery you should definitely get what you want. He read the notes and I was glad he did because he would have operated on me the wrong way if he did not go over these details with me. I specifically said that I did not want any fat added to my hips. And I specifically said that I also wanted an extremely natural and small result. If I did not go over these details with him for the third time I would’ve not got what I wanted! It might seem neurotic to bring in some typed notes but I kind of feel that it’s necessary. Also the morning of your surgery you were going to be very stressed and might not remember everything that you want, so I highly encourage you girls to do this. After he marked me I laid down on the bed and asked if I could text my fiancé and the nurse said that I did not have any time. So I closed my eyes and said a prayer and was wheeled into the operating room. Next thing I knew, the anesthesiologist was placing the IV in my arm and I was out. I woke up a few hours later shivering Cold in the recovery area. There were girls on either side of me moaning and one of them was puking. I was covered in a warm blanket but still shaking, I know this is an effect of the anesthesia. The nurse kept coming to check on me, but I couldn’t help thinking that she was rude. Every time I asked her something she would give me a blank reply, almost as if I was stupid. Before they called my nurse, I Purchased a supply bag for $200 from Dr. Mendiettas office. I was not given any specific instructions other than a few notes I had been told the day of my in person consultation. The day of surgery the nursing company I hired turned out to be a complete & total disaster. Assisting Hands... yeah don’t use them... I was promised s nurse that spoke English. The nurse couldn’t find the surgery center, she left for an hour claimed she was “getting a wheelchair” and returned without one, got lost on the way to my hotel while talking on her cell phone on speaker, then had me help her dig my patient paperwork out of the driver seat crack of her car in a Publix grocery store parking lot with my cell phone flashlight... yeah... when she finally arrived at my hotel she parked illegally and disappeared inside to find a wheelchair. I was pissed so I jut grabbed my huge backpack and supply bag and walked through the lobby up both elevators to my room myself-then called the nurse service to let them know I wouldn’t be needing her LOL. Disaster. Didn’t need that stress. I made the mistake of not hiring another nurse for a day or two because trust me, you will need one. The first night was straight up pain , dizziness and nonstop peeing. I was literally crying and wincing in pain, I’m surprised I was able to manage on my own. I was extremely swollen & fluid filled from the anesthetic. I bled some but not like other girls said they did. The next morning very early I called Mendieta office to ask if I was supposed so be so swollen-I had large dark bruises around both ankles and walking was so painful. The answering service took my call & questions and called back with an extremely rude nurse who acted like I was the biggest baby on the planet. She almost like mocked me when I asked if all these things were normal, she made me feel wimpy and embarrassed lol then I just had to ask her how to take a poo, which she became even more rude and said “you’ll be fine for 24 hours you should have taken one yesterday anyways.” She also told me I shouldn’t be eating anything the day after anyways. Okay...... I called back later that afternoon to ask about s post op appointment and was told I had missed it this morning... hmm... no one told me about a post op??? Not even the day of surgery. You would think they would have at least called to let me know or leave s message or something. They said to come in as soon as possible-I asked if I could wait a day and they said no. I took some deep breaths and waited a few hours until I felt I had the strength to go. During the post op the nurse removes my garment and changed my gauze, I was extremely dizzy and light headed. I held onto the counter as she pulled my garment off and came in and out the room with different things like the foam triangle for my back, and extra gauze. She asked if I had been eating and was shocked when I said no. She gave me some crackers and a cookie and some juice which I literally inhaled I was so hungry-and also confused since the nurse service from their office answering center said I shouldn’t be eating yet. I shuffled out the office to my first lymph drainage appointment, I had 6 lined up with “sapphire” in wet Miami. They told me it was 2 to 3 miles from my doctors office, but it turned out to be around 12. I was kind of upset at this but I had already made the appointments and paid the deposit so I just went through with it. I turned out to have an angel of a therapist, Mechy was her name. I was so weak that I could not bend over or twist or move it all and she was kind enough to help me undress and be extremely gentle. She didn’t speak English but she was so nurturing towards me, much more than anyone at my doctors office had been so it made me feel really good and supported. She did Lymphatuc drainage with an ultrasound machine and manually with her hands. It didn’t hurt as much as all the reviews I had read that said it did, it was more relieving to me considering I was so incredibly bloated and full of water. Both of my hands looked like balloons! She also told me that I should be eating. As soon as I got back to my hotel I ordered Uber eats and felt so much better after finally eating a meal. Even the pain has lessened some. I only took a pain pill of the night after surgery, the whole rest of the time I didn’t feel the need to take them. I was not in enough pain, just very uncomfortable. By day three I had my third massage, this was the day that I really felt like I was getting better. I was able to shower on my own and change. The masseuse was surprised at how well I was doing. She said that my body even looked good for being three days post op. I am a pretty healthy person and have an extremely healthy diet, but I couldn’t help but wonder if the vitamin C IV and pills had been helping me heal faster. By day five I felt much better. I was able to walk around bend over shower or use the bathroom and pretty much do everything on my own! I had my fifth massage this day. I did some walking outside and around the hotel. My appetite was extremely strong, I was eating every few hours many more calories than I have ever eaten before. As soon as I finished eating out and feel hungry about an hour later it was crazy! I got my drains out on day five, the nurse said this was rather early to have your drains out and that normally they would wait 10 days. The doctor said that I was draining very little and then I could have them out. It felt weird as they were pulled out. I also went to a size extra small garment this day. By day seven I was ready to fly home. I was able to pack my suitcase by myself and we let along with a backpack. Are used my booty foam pad on that you are a plane ride but made sure to stand up and walk back-and-forth quite a few times. I am almost to weeks post op and I’m feeling pretty amazing. I have very minimal bruising and swelling, and from everything I’ve read this is unusual. From everyone that I’ve talk to you I have been told that I’m extremely healthy and that is why am healing so fast. I feel full of energy and I’m able to walk around all day. However, I am not driving so that I do not have to put pressure on my booty. My butt was extremely swollen on the third day, but now it feels pretty soft and natural although I will not sit on it for another few weeks. The bruises around my ankles are almost gone and the area that I feel the most tight and sore is my waist and lower back and inner thighs. It is not painful, just a sore tight feeling. I am still planning on getting some massage to loosen up the tightness and smooth out any unevenness. I have to say that I had a great experience. I had a wonderful time in Miami eating whatever I wanted and the weather was great! I think that the vitamin C IV and pills definitely help me. I can’t see any other reason besides my healthy diet as to why I would heal so fast. I had Lightbow suction in four areas, I should be much more bruised and sore. I was on the first few days but it subsided very quickly for me. Maybe it’s a combination of how I take care of myself along with the massages. The most upsetting part to me was the lack of communication from my doctors office. They have not called wants. They never let me know about my follow up appointment, I never got a thank you or a hey how are you doing… This makes me feel unimportant as a patient after paying so much money. Also the doctor himself barely spent any time with me at all. It almost feels weird to be naked and operated on someone that you only got to talk to you in a come bind maybe 12 minutes. The staff was rude, the nurses were the worst. But I do have to say that he did a stellar job and so you get what you pay for is far as surgery , You are not paying for people to be nice to you… Even though that sounds kind of unethical. I’m almost to weeks post and I feel that my results were pretty much what I wanted. I sort of like the way my butt was right after surgery although it did not look completely natural and me, the size it is right now looks very natural although it will probably go down a lot more according to the doctor. He said probably by 40%. I’m pretty happy with everything and felt like I got what I wanted but only time will tell. They say it takes a full six months to see your final result. Out of everything that I experienced as far as advice goes I would say the following: 1.) Tell the doctor what you want! Do not be shy! Do not feel crazy if you have to give him notes. You are paying for this you want to get exactly what you want. 2.) The most useful things you are going to have our going to be chucks pads, a female urinal, and loosefitting clothing. Trust me about the urinal, you will need it. 3.) do you not get a surgery if you cannot afford the massages. They are absolutely necessary and making you feel better and getting all of the extra fluid out of your body.Updated on 10 Jan 2019: Since everyone keeps asking for ab pics, here ya go! I had a flat stomach to begin with , and I’m not super happy with my results. They don’t even look etched to me, it jut looks like there are marks from where the drains were placed. And even if they were etched, it’s a 4 pack when the pictures I showed were like ultra super defined 6 packs lol! Like they do in Colombia & DR-snatched! Hoping results will improve with time. Updated on 28 Jan 2019: Here is an update of my abs. I’m pretty happy with it, although I had pretty nice obliques before. My main concern right now is that I was lied to by Dr Mendietas practice. I have called 2-3 times a week every week since my surgery to find out how many cc were put in and taken out. Last week a nurse called me back and told me I had 500 cc put in each butt cheek, and 4,000 cc of ft removed total. There is absolutely no way I had 4,000 cc of fat removed. I didn’t even have that much to begin with... and that is the maximum amount of fat allowed to be taken out in Florida, I just don’t understand why they would say that. When I told her that there was no way this cold be true, she said she would call me back-and has since never called. So strange. The facts are-im petite, I did not have 4 liters of fat removed. Impossible. And for a nurse to lie to me about this just to get me off the phone or to give me an answer-that’s wrong. :/ Updated on 9 Mar 2019: These are my 3 month results! I’m pretty happy with everything-although my left butt cheek and hip is considerably larger than the right. I obviously had fat added to my left hip, but not my right, so that bothers me... I’m scheduling a small revision to even this out. Other than that small issue, I love my results and I hope I can maintain and improve them with exercise and a cellulite treatment for the back of my legs.

Thank you so much for the kind words Timeka. So happy to hear you have had an excellent experience with us!
I do not typically write reviews, however; I am compelled to share my extreme pleasure following my Abdominoplasty and (lower) Blepharoplasty procedures performed by Dr. Cash. I had friends/family in the medical field question whether or not I should have the same doctor perform both procedures; as typically a surgeon may specialize in a particular area/region of the body. However, I could not be more pleased with my results!! Dr. Cash is indeed skilled and talented in sculpting the body. Along with the abdominoplasty, she basically had to “create” a new belly button for me that is beautiful! During an exam, I recently showed my Ob-Gyn (who delivered my 2 babies), and she was impressed with the results herself, and amazed at how natural my belly button looked, further explaining that many surgically created/repaired belly buttons she has seen, do not appear authentic. Truthfully, I was extremely nervous going into the process from the beginning; however, 8 weeks post-op, I can honestly say that I am so happy that I chose to work with Dr. Cash, as I am thoroughly pleased with my procedures, her staff, nurse and post-op instructions/treatments that has my surgical site/scar fading beautifully!
