Dream Realized - Tummy Tuck. Ext. Thigh Lift & Lipo I've completed two surgeries with Dr. Cash, and I'm ridiculously happy I took the leap. She performed an extended thigh lift with some liposuction and a standard tummy tuck with flanks liposuction in a single procedure. And, I had additional liposuction performed to the abdomen recently. I've since commented to family that she's an artist and a bit of a perfectionist. So, how and why did I choose her? - She came to me through a recommendation after a family member watched her skintight episode on TLC. - Her credentials are superb. - The online ratings affirmed she does good work. - She's local. I honestly thought about Columbia. - The office didn't feel "salesy," which is a feeling I got after having a phone with a different surgeon's office. - I had the "she's the one feeling." WYKYK So the results, People who don't know about my procedures have commented that I just glow. I'm very happy that my thighs don't jiggle when I exercise and my stomach is finally flat. I finally wore a mini skirt and fully plan to wear bikinis soon for the first time. I loved life before, and I love it even more. The outside matches the inside. I take more pictures now and look in the mirror a lot just to fully grasp this is the new me. So, the thighs..... I was mildly worried about the leg scar, but they are on the inner thighs; no one has noticed them. When I point out the scars, people are astonished how thin and concealed they are. The scars are healing and fading gradually. Recovery.... I read endless stories online that had me geared up for the worst. It really wasn't bad at all, but we are all different. I had occasional moments, but they dissipated quickly, and you learned what not to do. The recent second round of liposuction was uneventful. Where was it done? -The thigh lift, liposuction, and abdominoplasty were done in the hospital with an overnight stay. -Abdomen liposuction was done in her surgery suite. So, do I recommend her and the office. YES! Every follow-up visit, I'm all smiles and high-five Dr. Cash. I also try say high to the other staff because they've seen the before and are so darn friendly. The professionalism is unquestionable. Thank you for making a dream reality.

The Best Decision I Ever Made Dr. Camille Cash performed my breast reduction surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, she was positive, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable I felt completely at ease in her care. Her entire staff is just as wonderful. Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming, making each visit a truly pleasant experience. I felt supported every step of the way. If you're considering any procedure, I highly recommend Dr. Cash. She's not only an expert in her field but also someone who genuinely cares about her patients. I'm so grateful I chose her!

I first met Dr Cash in August 2011 for breast reduction consult and best decision EVER was scheduling my surgery in December that year. I am proud and grateful to still be a patient for the last 14 years. Meeting Dr. Cash was like hitting the Doctor lottery!!! There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how AWESOME she is!!! She genuinely and sincerely cares for her patients and her staff is the BEST!!! Last June I started working with Alana, for Semglutide-Weight Loss. I gained a lot of weight after my Mom died 25 years ago and have been on yo-yo diet roller coaster ever since. After seeing Dr. Cash’s social media posts on semaglutide I wanted to know more about it. I went in for my normal Botox treatment and I asked Dr. Cash if she had time to discuss whether or not I should try semaglutide. She took the time to explain and I started with Alana that day. What a game changer it has been for me!! Alana is so kind and sweet. She ALWAYS greets you with a smile. She is compassionate, empathetic, easy to talk to and will be your biggest cheerleader!!!

My experience at Dr. Cash's office are phenomenal. All of my appointments have been consistently impressive. The staff is super professional and value your time and investment. They are also extremely accomodating when or if you need to reschedule. Alana has provided the best self care experience I have had in my forties! I encourage those interested in their services to move forward. They results are amazing! Go get your body back!
